Email is the desk. A short, complete first note gets a spec sheet back. A “please send catalog” note usually does not.

Subject line: team program, private label, or wholesale, plus the destination country.

Send this in the first email

Who you buy for: club, academy, school, or importer.
Destination city or port, and a target ship month.
Items (bats, gloves, helmets, balls, bags) and a quantity, even if it is a range.
Age group or adult. For gloves and bats: left/right counts if you have them.
If you need your own mark on the goods, say so and attach a logo file.

What happens next

We reply with a spec, carton estimate, and a production window, or we say the job is not a fit. We do not put a phone tree or a ticket form in front of that. Attachments (size runs, old POs, artwork) help.
