Team programs

One club, one season, packed as a set. Typical first order is a 12 to 30 player roster plus a few extra gloves and helmets in adjacent sizes. Youth and adult can sit in the same PO if you split the size run.

• You send: age group, throw (L/R) counts, bat length/weight bands, and ship-to city or port.
• We send: a line list, carton count, and a production window. Reorders use the same SKUs.
• Good fit: school teams, academies, rec leagues that buy once or twice a year.

Private label

Your name on the goods, our construction spec on file. This is for academies and regional distributors who will reorder, not a one-time souvenir run.

• Artwork: vector logo plus a color standard (Pantone or a physical swatch).
• We freeze the pattern, materials, and inner-carton marks after the first approved lot.
• Minimums depend on the item. Name the category in the email; we quote that, not a menu of 200 SKUs.

Wholesale

Cartons or a container for an importer. Mixed SKUs are fine if carton marks stay readable on the dock.

• First note should include destination port and whether you want FOB or CIF.
• Quote includes spec, QC photo set, and a ship window. Deposit comes after you accept that paper, not before.
• We do not hold consumer retail stock. If you need a few pieces for a weekend tournament, this desk is the wrong door.

What we will not do

We will not sell licensed MLB club marks, player likenesses, or replica big-league uniforms. Baseball Cubs is an independent trade brand. If a request needs a license we do not have, we decline it.
